Wholesale Terms and Conditions

Thank you so much for your interest in becoming a wholesale partner! Please review the following policies to ensure a successful partnership.

APPLICATION 

To get started, complete this short form to create an account and be considered for our wholesale program.

HOW TO ORDER

Once your application has been approved, you will receive a link to the password-protected wholesale collection. Once logged in, you will be able to shop the wholesale collection at a discounted rate.

MINIMUMS

Opening orders have a minimum of $200. Reorders have a minimum of $100.

CUSTOM DESIGNS

I can customize any design for your city or store. You can share your design ideas with me via email at marybeth@binkicreations.com or by filling out a custom design from. Then, I will get started on your design.

LEAD TIME

Due to the handmade nature of my products, production time will vary. However, you can expect an average lead time of 3-4 weeks. Once you place your order, I can give you an estimated delivery date.

PAYMENT

Product costs are due in full at time of order. Payments will be accepted via credit card through the online checkout process or through an issued invoice for custom work. Shipping cost will be calculated when product is ready to ship.

SHIPPING

All products will be packaged and shipped securely via UPS. Shipments will be insured with tracking numbers.

RETURNS

Due to the handmade nature of my work, I cannot accept returns, cancellations or exchanges.

However, your satisfaction is my priority. If your piece arrives damaged or in an unsatisfactory manner, please email marybeth@binkicreations.com within 48 hours of receipt. We will work together to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase.
