Returns and Exchanges

Due to the handmade nature of my work, I cannot accept returns, cancellations or exchanges. 

Your custom piece is made by hand from start to finish. I use real wood that has cracks, dings, and imperfections. Colors, lettering and distress patterns will vary so your piece is truly one-of-a-kind.

However, your satisfaction is my priority. If your piece arrives damaged or in an unsatisfactory manner, please email marybeth@binkicreations.com within 48 hours of receipt. We will work together to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase.
